Love My Lists Hosting Terms and Conditions
The Term "The Hosting Company" below refers to
love-my-lists.com Hosting.
These
terms apply to safe list Admin's and Its' Members.
By The
Hosting Company hosting a safe list for you, you agree to have read
these terms and agreed to them before signing up for our service.
These terms may change from time to time, so it is your
responsibility to keep updated on any changes by visiting this page
often.
Hosting company (Love-my-lists.com,Safelistsubmitters.com,Safe-list.com) sends solo advertisements to all safe list
members from time to time.. By joining our safe lists you
agree to receive solo ads from our admins and the hosting company to
your contact address and subscribe address! If you dont agree,
please do not join our lists!
By renting a safe list from the hosting company in
no way entitles you to ownership of said list or its' membership or
its' list name. You are entitled to be the admin of this list, sell
memberships. send 3 solo ads per day, sell banner rotations and
sponsor ads and nothing more to the lists' membership.
If your safe list subscription for monthly payment fails for
any reason, your safe list will immediately be assumed by
hosting company and passwords changed and all banners deleted and
sponsor ads..
The hosting company in no way is responsible for payments to your
safe list members for commissions you might owe your members for
sales they have made.
Safe list Admin's May NOT Send more than 3 solo ads to contact
addresses per day to any single safelist!
Also, Solo Ad Submitters Are NOT Allowed to be used by Safe list
Admin's to post to Safe lists!
The hosting company reserves the right to cancel your list,
at any time, and for any reason.
There are no refunds for safe list rentals.
If you cancel
payment on your safe list, your list will immediately become
available to the hosting company and will be re-rented.
Any user or
member using our Domain Names, Tracking Link Url's in any form of
SPAM WIll be removed and reported to their ISP's! We Also
reserve the right to SUE YOU to recover All Costs Associated with
your SPAM at the rate of $300 per hour, Plus appropriate legal fees!
Content:
All services
provided by the hosting company may be used for lawful purposes
only.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or
material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City
law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted
material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed
software or files, or material protected by trade secret and other
statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the
hosting company from any claims resulting from the use of the
service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note:
Adult, Pornography and Sex-related Merchandising are
prohibited on Our Safe Lists or Servers!
The
hosting company
will be the sole
arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
The hosting
company accepts no responsibility for, and make no warranties or
representations of any kind or character, express or implied,
regarding:
(a) the legitimacy, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of any
business opportunity or consumer product offer submitted to the
respective list or lists maintained for such purposes;
(b) the income reasonably derivable from such business
opportunities;
(c) the quality, workmanship, conformance to illustrations or
performance claims, of any product offered on the hosting company
safe lists;
(d) any other aspect of, or statement contained in, any submission
to the Business Opportunity Lists. The hosting company specifically
disclaim any duty to investigate or verify the legitimacy, legality,
truthfullness or accuracy of any such submissions, and List members
are strongly advised to take this fact into account when deciding
whether or not to respond to a business opportunity or consumer
product offer.
In
general, The hosting company serves only as a conduit for business
opportunities or consumer product offers. The recipient of such
opportunities or offers assumes full responsibility for deciding
whether to accept same.
In the event a claim is made or lawsuit initiated against the
hosting company arising out of, or in any way related to a business
opportunity Submitted to the List or Lists, the member posting such
business opportunity agrees to indemnify and forever hold the
hosting company harmless of and from any and all costs, demands,
damages, loss or expense of any kind or character arising out of
said claim or lawsuit.
The posting member further agrees to reimburse the hosting company
upon demand for all the legal fees incurred by the hosting company
in defending against such claim or suit.
The hosting company reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
(a) remove any member from the List or Lists at any time for any
reason whatsoever;
(b) amend these Terms and Conditions at any time;
(c) terminate any List at any time for any reason.
